How to order
Step by step to your printed goods
Here you can find the procedure of an order from your wish to the arrival of the textiles.
You can also find further information in our FAQ.
1. You send us your wishes via the contact form or an email. Please give us as much information as possible and the print file as soon as it is ready.
2. We will contact you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) and clarify any open questions towards textiles, delivery dates etc.
3. You get a non-binding offer with an optional digital print preview.
4. You check, confirm and pay the order / invoice. All print data must now be submitted if not already sent.
5. Your order will be placed in our production calendar. We normally expect about 15 working days to complete your order.
6. When the textiles are finished and shipped, you will receive an automatic tracking mail with delivery date.
